Best forPure Atari 2600 nostalgia, paddles and all.

Sold and shipped by Amazon. Price checked October 20, 2026 — the current price at checkout is the real one.

The Flashback 12 Gold is the Atari 2600 time capsule: 130 built-in games — Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Command, Pitfall!, River Raid — with two wired joysticks and, crucially, a set of paddle controllers in the box, which almost nobody else bothers to include.

It’s $79.99, in stock at AtGames’ own store, and Amazon carries it too. Output is 720p HDMI, with save/load and rewind for the tough spots.

✓ Why we like it

  • Paddles included — the way Warlords and Kaboom! were meant to be played
  • 130 games with zero setup

Know before you buy

  • 2600-era only — this is a focused library, not an everything box
  • Wired controllers keep you close to the TV
